Mr. Paul Collier is married
to Rev Shawn. He is the vice-president of Harvest Time, the building projects coordinator, and a board member.
He is a Vietnam-era veteran and a retired police officer. He worked as a peace officer for 14 years and a criminal investigator
for seven years. He also had a businesses in real estate and a custom motor cycle shop. He has extensive
knowledge in remodeling and auto mechanics. Mr. Paul is a great asset to the ministry.
Johnny Dobbs serves Harvest
Time as the Associate Pastor, English Facilitator, Media Department Director, Worship Assistant, and also as Holiday
Events Coordinator. Before coming to Harvest Time, he served his home church as a youth pastor, drama team
director, and a member of his church worship team. He also has several years of experience in retail
management. Johnny is married to one of the first graduates of the ministry, Michelle Dobbs.
Tamelina Coburn is the Executive
Secretary, Dorm Monitor, and Aftercare Coordinator. She attended Bible College, as well
as a Christian University, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Youth Ministry. She
also has several years experience in restaurant management. Before coming to Harvest Time, she had been a volunteer
worker in her church and an academic peer advisor. Anytime that you call the ministry office, Tamelina is the sweet
voice on the other end of the phone and will be glad to assist you.
Christine Eddings
is a recent graduate from Bible School where she majored in the art of Pastoring. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Christine has been on several missions trips to Cuba, Mexico, and
Haiti. She spent 8 years volunteering in youth ministry. She is our Math Facilitator and instructs in everything
from simple Math to difficult Algebraic equations. She is also the Dorm Administrator and a Case Manager.
Marlys Bartch began
working with us in January of this year. She is 71 years old and has 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
She worked with the police department for 10 years. Marlys has a Bachelor of Science
Degree and 1 year of nurse’s training. She is also a graduate of Bible College. She
has taught in Christian Schools for 13 years, and she worked for 2 years at a home for young women and at-risk teen girls.
She is the History Facilitator, a Case Manager, a Dorm Monitor, and a Bible Teacher.

Michelle Dobbs was one of the first girls to graduate Harvest Time Ministries fourteen
years ago. After her graduation, she married a Youth Minister. Michelle and her husband served their church as
Youth Ministers and Drama Directors before returning to Harvest Time Ministries to work as staff members. She is
the Ministry Administrator, School Administrator, a Case Manager and the Intake Director. She is the mother
of four children, including a set of twin girls.
Emily Pender came to Harvest Time as a student
more than four years ago. After she graduated the ministry, Emily served as an intern and is now a staff member.
Her job duties include: Bible School Administrator, Accountant and Book-Keeper, Children's Church Assistant, Dorm
Monitor, and Secretary Treasurer of the Board of Harvest Time. She is a very organized and diligent worker, and we are
proud to have her as a staff member.
Angela Malone
is a Bible School graduate. In Bible School, she majored in pastoral care and general studies, which include: youth
in crises, supportive ministry, and children's ministry. She studied Business Administration before following the
call of God into ministry. Angela also brings experience from restaurant and retail management. She is serving
Harvest Time as Kitchen Administrator, Science Facilitator, a Bible Teacher, and a Case Manager. Angela is the proud
mother of 2 children and 8 grandchildren.
Jason Rickles has worked in church
ministry for more than 10 years serving in the areas of: music, drama, children’s ministry, and as a youth minister. He
has managed autopart stores, and worked as a warehouse supervisor. Jason is our Maintenance Coordinator,
Worship Leader, Assistant Media Coordinator, and works Security. Together, Jason and his wife are the Children’s
Pastors. They are blessed to be a part of what God is doing at Harvest Time.
Jenny Taylor graduated in June of 2010 from
the ministry and from high school, and completed an internship with us. She is now a staff member. Jenny
is part of the ministry team and travels with Rev Shawn consistently. She is Rev Shawn’s Armor
Bearer and Personal Assistant, along with Jessica. She also functions as a Phone Monitor, Dorm Monitor,
and is on the Missions Team. We are so blessed by her willing heart and peaceful spirit.
