Wooooooooooooooooooooo Hoooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!! Sheri being released from hospital tommorrow after 3 months. She will come home for two weeks and then head to Oregon. God is sooo good I rejoice in Him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

October 29
WOOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!!! Her trac is OUT!! YES!! She ate her first meal today and was smiling the whole way. Thank you Thank You Precious Jesus!!!!!!!!!!!

October 22
Sheri had a coughing spell today and they took her to the hospital part for a lung ex-ray. They were concerned she possibly aspirated some apple sauce. We say NOOOOOOOOOOO! WE SAY HEALING, WHOLENESS, AND RESTORATION IN JESUS NAME. They have set Nov 8 as a release date however they are saying they will leave the trac and feeding tube and catheter in. No WE DO NOT RECIEVE THAT! We command that bladder to work, the respiratory system to function properly, so trac and feeding peg can be removed. Marylin will stay at Sheri's house for a week or so till they can get her affairs in order and make the trip with Sheri. Stand with us THE DEVIL CAN HAVE NO ACCESS IN JESUS NAME!

October 19
I saw Sheri this morning. She was a little distraught. The cathetor is causing her pain so we must believe for he bladder to start operating properly and quickly. Next, she wants to eat and drink. Ty for standing with us.

October 18
Sheri has been moved and is now doing approximately 6 hours of rehabilitation a day. They are looking to get her out of the hospital in three to four weeks. She still hasnt gotten to eat, and they are starting to train her bladder. We trust in you, oh Lord.

October 14
She came through the minor surgery well. We believe this sore will heal thoroughly now. They didnt move her today. She slept most of the day. She did ask us to pray that when they move-pray for strength so she can do the rehabilitation stuff.

October 13
Sheri will be going in for minor surgery tommorrow for that sore. The surgery will help it to heal better. They are now moving her to another part of hospital- rehabilatation. So, we can prepare for her to get all her strength back and leave once she has recovered enough, amen.

October 11
We had a birthday party at the hospital for Sheri today. I painted her nails and she got two beautiful bouquets, presents, a special card from dad, and we were able to bring ALL the girls to surprise her. She wept. We sang. Then they allowed us to bring her sweet kitty and you should've seen her face. She lit up!! Kitty was very happy. Agree with us in prayer- lungs clear, strength returned and home by the holidays.

Sheri is now walking with a walker PTL! She cannot eat until her lungs are totally clear so let's pray for that. Bed sore is smaller but still not gone so we speak to that. We gonna celebrate her birthday on Monday - woo hoo!

Saw Sheri today. It was the first time I heard her actual voice in two months. We were able to share and we both cried. We call that bed sore totally healed, lungs working in their fullness, and all bad memories erased. We speak strength and suddenlies in Jesus name. Please don't forget her birthday. Send letters, a small plant, or flowers. She lovesss letters. That girl is whole and well in HIS name!

Things are going well. But we need our prayers to FOCUS on these three things: 1. the bed sore is causing much pain and discomfort WE CALL IT HEALED 2. Her lungs to continue to heal and that 3. when they reintroduce food her system will handle it well. Thank you all and God Bless.

They had her up and she took two steps. Was speakin from her trac today and then was absolutely worn out. We need prayer for the sore on her back and continue thanking God for her breathing and strength. Her birthday is Oct 11. Please keep letters coming she enjoys those very much!

So when I went to see Sheri yesterday, I amost cried at how well she is doing. The pulmonary doctor came in and had almost shock on his face at how well she was doing. He said "Its incredible" My hubby said "No its a miracle" They are looking at putting a device on her trac so she can talk and then she will be able to eat also WoooooooooooHoooooooooooooo TY Dear Lord!

The respiratory doc said he was so encouraged that he was looking at taking off vent and starting to feed her, woo hooo!! keep praying that trac is coming out and she will breathe well in Jesus' name!

Up on her feet twice getting stronger. They sat her in a chair today for about an hour. When they wanted to take her back to bed she didnt want to. They had to explain to her that she couldnt push it and wear herself out. She was off vent today just trac but she does a lot of coughing which i hear is normal. So we are praying for an easy transition and we are speaking life to her respiratory system in Jesus name

Well they took the dialysis port out. She sat up by herself for a bit. She even walked today-granted was veryyyy shaky but she walked. NOW we command that respiratory system to function properly in Jesus name!

My heart is thrilled. It has been four days off dialysis. Her urine bag is full. Glory!! They are taking the dialysis port out of her neck tomorrow! So now we shift our prayers to her breathing. Her respiratory system must function properly. It must yield to the Word just as kidneys did. When they take out the trac she can walk to bathroom and eat. Healing will come very quickly from there on in .

Three days with no dialysis woo hooo the doc said maybe a few more times. This is from someone who said her kidneys would never be normal. But they are functioning.So we need quick recovery. We need her off the vent so she can eat and get stronger and get home. She was off it most of today. They had her sit up today. She was very shaky and it was painful but she sat PTL Stronger EVERY DAY. Home is the goal!

I am so encouraged. We certainly are not there yet but things are progressing. She has been moved to a longer care unit. She has not had dialysis in TWO days and her output levels are good. AND THEY WILL STAY THAT WAY IN JESUS NAME. She will be getting much more physical therapy. So ty so much for standing with us! We are soo grateful! I wanna see her out of hospital and recuperating in Oregon! Amen!

Sheri and Marilyn have both asked me to relay a message to y'all. So many have been asking about sending flowers. Sheri and Marilyn are both asking that if that is your desire to please send an offering to Harvest Time in Sheri's name in lieu of flowers. She said flowers will not last but the work at HTM is eternal. Makes me wanna weep. What a heart for the Lord this girl has. I love her!!

I feel encouraged. Where Sheri was so weak she cold only raise a finger to communicate she is now moving her legs and actually sqeezing our hand when we hold it. There is much more urine which is a good thing. She has been off diaysis today. So off one day, on the next, then off. The kidneys have NO CHOICE but to function correctly. She is very coherent and bored. Letters are sooo appreciated!

Her breathing IS getting better daily, and yesterday she had a little urine. That is awesome. The kidneys have NO CHOICE but to work in Jesus name. The force of faith has been applied. We will not back down, back up or give in. In the name of Jesus EVERY PORTION OF HER BODY IS COMMANDED TO WORK IN THE PERFECTION WITH WHICH GOD CREATED IT

She was off the vent for most of the day. The respitory doctor says she is headed in the right direction. Amen to that!! Her kidneys are producing nothing . They are taking her off dialysis from 24/7 to every other day to try to kick them in. This has been done before. We believe in Jesus name. Kidneys you must obey and function. Its not who I am its who lives in me. Its not what i say but who backs up what I say when I speak according to the Word of God

September 12

Sheri had a better day. We are praying and believing that she is getting better every day. She was clearer than she has been for some time. She insisted in being read to from her Bible and Rick Renner's Sparkling Gems every day. Was sooo good to her Mariyln laughing. She asked Sheri straight out of she was discouraged and Sheri almost looked surprised... and said nooo. Mariyln was so relieved. Took a weight off mommas shoulders. PTL Thank you Jesus.

Marilyn seemed very down. A minister came to visit and that went well. Sheri was crying and encouraged. However it is hard for a mother to continually see her daughter suffer so. She has bed sores, kidneys still not functioning, cannot speak and her body seems to be unable to absorb the paltry nutrition she is getting from the feeding tube. We need wisdom. We to trust God. Really no other option. God Bless y'all for standing with us. If God tells you anything that would be an encouragement by all means call. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts!

She is resting comfortably. Another quiet day. Seems to be resting deeper and better than she has been. Marilyn wanted me to write you all a note so she dictated.

We speak life to Sheri's kidneys and command them to function properly in the name of Jesus. We command every portion of her body to function in the way He created it. If that same Spirit that raised Christ Jesus from the dead lives in her, He will also make alive her mortal body. Your Word will NEVER return void so we believe "that by Jesus stripes Sheri WAS healed." We stand immovable and fixed in full assurance that Sheri has health and healing NOW in Jesus name!

Very quiet day. Maryln said she saw the sweetest smile on Sheri's face. Gave her great peace. Was breathing some on her own today; but mostly recuperating.

September 7 8:30 PM
Came through surgery very well. The doctors were encouraged. She didnt get back in her room till 5 pm and had so much anesthetic that she will be sleeping great tonight. She was aware we were there. Only getting better from this point on in Jesus' name. You make the crooked paths straight!

Sheri will be going into surgery tommorrow at 1 pm. We appreciate your prayers. They will be puttin in a trac and removing her feeding tube and putting it in her tummy. Sheri wants it done asap. We NEED for her kidneys to start functioning. So keep worshipping the Lord and thanking Him for that very thing. We asked and have commanded life to every portion of her body. We believe and we worship a miracle working God.

Thanks to everyone of your for all your prayers on behalf of Sheri. Yesterday was difficult for her but today things are better. I am so thankful for the Holy Spirit who brings to light those things hidden away. Lies of the enemy meant to destroy. I told Sheri we will never give up, give in, or let go. They are putting her on dialysis every other day now, and slowly taking her off the vent. They are wanting to do a trac they say it is easier to wean her off vent if they do. In the name of Jesus she is getting better every day. She is getting sores on her hands and feet. They dont know if its because she is nutritionally defecient or its the antiobiotics so please pray for the wisdom of the doctors. WE believe the report of the Lord!

We have been praying about whether or not it was necessary to put a trac in Sheri. Well today we got our answer. Sheri insisted on writing that her throat hurt real bad. When Marilyn talked to the nurse about it she said the hose from the vent has been there to long. So they will be putting in a trac on Tues and removing her feeding tube from her nose and putting it in her tummy. We stand strong knowing the truth. We know that He is well able to keep that which we have committed unto Him. We have committed Sheri unto Him. She will live!

The report this morning was dismal. No hope- bacteria in heart, only way to fix is keep up the anitbitotics which will kill all bad and good bacteria and opens her up for attack. Her breathing is not good and kidneys are not right. Marilyn said to me "I don't know what to do." Here's what we do-Ps 42:11 "Why art thou downcast oh my soul and why are you disquieted within yourself." HOPE in God. When faith seems weak and victory lost-ACT LIKE THE WORD IS TRUE. Whose report will we believe?

Sheri was rather distraught this morning but has since calmed down. We pray peace of mind and comfort not only for her but her family. We also continue to speak life to her kidneys, lungs and heart. Gotta keep singing, Gotta keep praising his name.

Ok sooo they found urine today which is an awesome thing. Also, she was breathing on her own for awhile. However, the devil tried to come in there and steal. The cardiolgist gave us the report that some infection was in her heart. I DON'T RECEIVE IT. Antibiotics should take care if it. Last night she had heart flutters and a doctor came in and changed her meds and several hours later the heart doctor came in and read them all the riot act. Woo Hoo! A doctor came in and told Sheri ALL today so she was distraught - but then here comes Pastor Benefield ministering life! By the end of the day she was very enocuraged. PRAISE THE LORD! I'm falling on my knees, thanking God for His goodness!

Please pray for Sheri's mom and dad. They seem to be getting a little down. Of course to them it seems like so long with no change. They are saying she is still in septic shock. That's why kidneys haven't kicked in. Stand and after having done all to stand, stand. We will not give in...back down, be detoured, get tired, or quit. BY JESUS STRIPES SHE WAS HEALED. GOD SAID IT, I BELIEVE IT, THAT SETTLES IT!!

Sheri was off the ventilator for six hours today. We thought that was awesome and she did well till they turned the machine back on and she had a horrifc coughing spell and was sedated. Not really hearing anything from the doctors. But you know what we already know the truth and the end result - By Jesus stripes she was healed.

We haven't found out anything new today. Marilyn wasn't able to talk to doctors. Sheri wanted to write and was asking what the diagnosis is. They are sedating her tonight for more rest. Standing on the promises!

We trust in You, oh Lord. The doctors are saying things are the same. We are looking for a miraculous intervention. This word was given to us before Sheri got sick. A miracle is something only God can do. We have called to you, God, on behalf on Sheri and her enemies will retreat because You have rescued her from death. Psalms 56:9-13. We will know more in the morning. Meanwhile, sweet rest for Sheri tonight.

August 26 11:00 AM

The doctors are saying that overnite Sheri has taken a turn for the worse and has become VERY weak. They are wanting to put in a trac so she can speak. We appreciate all your prayers. He is her strength when she is weak and He is a very present help in time of trouble. We have confidence in Him! Please stand with us against the gates of hell!

Stand and after having done all to stand STAND. They are keeping Sheri lightly sedated, and have put her back on dialysis 24/7. It seems to be helping her breathing at the moment. She is totally clear of the C-Diff so that is good. WE BELIEVE GOD. WE KNOW HIS WORD IS TRUE AND ALSO THAT HE IS FAITHFUL!!!

They have had to put her back on the ventilator. They have also sedated her. They said she is very weak and the muscles are also. They need her to rest. They have taken her off dialysis 24/7 and now doing dialysis three times weekly. This is much harder on her but does a much better job. Stay hooked up The Word works!!!!

We are asking for your prayers. Sheri is struggling with her breathing. It is labored and they do not like her oxygen levels. If it doesn't improve they want to put her back on the ventilator. They are still looking at taking her down to three days a week for dialysis but are concerned. It is much more taxing on her body. This is the confidence we have in Him if we ask anything according to his will he hears and we have the victory.

She is holding her own. She is off ventilator but breathing is labored and the fever comes and goes. We stand against this in Jesus' name. They are continuing with their plan to take her off 24/7 dialysis tommorrow and go to three days, so stand with is that all is well. They are putting her in an oxygen tent for 6 hours at night so she can build back up her lungs.

She is off the ventilator!!! Glory! She is talking. Still a ways to go but looking good . Hallelujah!!

THIS IS THE FIRST POSITIVE ANYTHING WE HAVE RECIEVED. They say she is heading in the right direction! Her labs are getting better! They are slowly reducing her time on the ventilator so she can begin doing this on her own and they are taking dialysis down to three times ...a week!

August 19 - 10:00 PM

Sheri had a rough morning. Had a fever, but snapped back to herself when the fever broke. Marilyn brought paper so Sheri could write a message. First question-"WHEN do I get out of here?" She was breathing on her own for a few hours today. They are trying to make her lungs stronger by making them breathe. All is well!

August 18 - 4:00 PM

The doctors say, "she is holding her own for now". No fever, but her kidneys still need to start working. The sepsis blood infection needs to go. The nurse showed us how to give her physical therapy this afternoon. Her mom is doing well. We both have our crying spells, not because we are not in faith, but because Sheri is going through all of this.

Rev Sheri's temp has gone down. Praise the Lord! We are now believing God for her kidneys to function and her breathing to get stronger, so that she can come off the ventilator.

Rev Sheri is currently in ICU. Her kidneys have failed. She is on a ventilator. She has a fever of 101. Please continue praying and believing with us for her fever to come down and her kidneys to start working.
